I use a mix of traditional and digital techniques to craft detailed, accurate biological and medical illustrations. Traditional methods include carbon dust, colored pencils, stippling with pen and ink, watercolor, and gouache. Each technique offers unique textures and effects, such as the soft shading of carbon dust for intricate anatomical structures or the precision of stippling to add depth through tiny dots.

Digital illustration has become a cornerstone of my process. Using a high-quality drawing tablet and specialized software, I create versatile, adaptable visuals for use in various media. Digital tools offer efficiency and flexibility, enabling precise adjustments without sacrificing detail or accuracy. By combining traditional artistry with modern technology, I produce scientifically accurate and visually engaging illustrations for education, research, and professional applications across multiple platforms.
